- How to enter – residents in UK:
Entry is via online only. To enter the promotion, entrants must visit www.mullerdairy.co.uk and follow the instructions. Participants will be required to enter the unique reference number (“URN”) found on the promotional communication and register their details to discover if they have a winning code. Entrants without a URN can answer a riddle on the website to obtain one URN for entry.
How to enter – residents in Republic of Ireland:
Same as above, however, Republic of Ireland residents must answer a qualifying question correctly before entering the promotion.
- Each URN is unique. Only one entry per URN.
(a) Entrants who obtain a URN via a promotional leaflet available from Müller national sampling events, can only enter the promotion once via this method per day during the promotional period.
(b) Entrants who obtain a URN via a promotional email via the Promoter’s website, can only enter the promotion once via this method during the promotion period.
(c) Entrants who obtain a URN via a promotional insert card can lodge multiple entries via this method during the promotion period.
(d) Entrants who obtain a URN via the riddle route online can only enter once via this method during the promotion period.
- Once the URN is entered online, the entrant will be required to enter their personal details and submit their entry. A message will reveal whether or not the entrant’s URN is a winner. If the entrant’s URN is a winner, the winner should receive an email within five days notifying them how to redeem their prize. If winners do not receive an email, then they should call Müller Customer Relations on +44 (0) 1630 692000 and verify their claim. Winners must respond to the email request within four weeks of receiving their email or this will result in forfeiture of the prize. Entrants must keep their promotional communication/URN safe or write down their URN, as this will be required to claim the prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
- Entrants who do not have a winning URN can take advantage of a 2 for 1 deal at attractions across the UK and ROI. Further details and voucher terms and conditions can be found at www.mullerdairy.co.uk.
- The winning URNs have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer based programme and distributed randomly across all promotional communications.
- There are 250 prizes available. Each prize is worth approximately £1,000. Winners will win the prize allocated to the area in which the winner lives. There are 12 regional areas in total:

Any expenses over and above the allowances indicated will be at the expense of those travelling. Where spending money and travel allowance is applicable, it will be paid by cheque made payable to the prize winner and will be sent to the prize winner two weeks before the winner takes the prize. Prizes cannot be taken during Christmas, New Year, Easter and Public Holidays in the UK and ROI. All prizes must be redeemed by 31st May 2010 and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable.
- To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
- The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.
- The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of prizes and in order to make winners’ names and cities available for public inspection and not for future direct marketing purposes.
